SOLILOQUY

Pauline Le Goïc (Rennes, France)

"Soliloquy" is a performative "non-action" in the street. An immovable public crier talks in a megaphone trap and proposes a reflection in a low voice to the passers. It's about the difficulty and the seizure of the voicing of opinions in our societies.

in the streets, Carré St-Louis, around noon

JEAN-MARIE PELLETIER

Hailing from Valley de la Matapédia, this singer songwriter likes to share an experience with his audience.  Along with his guitar, Jean-Marie is a natural-born storyteller,

affectionately telling tales of people and places. A fervant fan of Leclerc, Vignault and

Desjardins, his lyrics are dynamic, incisive, stripped down and eloquent. www.jeanmariepelletier.com

GILLES BERNIER

Native of Sherbrooke, I started in 1976 writing music and songs for theatre and soundtracks for documentary films... Singer/guitarist for the traditional band “Ma Tante Alys”, I wandered the roads of Quebec, France and the west. My first album,“ J’avoue”, came out in 1999 and the second ”Un espace où rêver”, in 2008. For the past two years, I have co-hosted the «Entre le rouge et le noir » evenings at Le Petit Medley with Michel Parent.  www.myspace.com/gillesbernier
